As one of the largest automakers in China, HAWTAI MOTOR Group was founded in 2000, mainly engaged Jn vehicles and its main components manufacturing. HAWTAI MOTOR two plants are located in Rongcheng, Shandong province and Erdos, Inner Mongolia province, which formed one auto industrial park, four platforms and ten series models. Now HAWTAI MOTOR has reached an annual production capability of 200,000 vehicles, 300,000 engines and 300,000 auto transmissions. 2000 Rongcheng Huatai Automobile Co.,Ltd was founded in Shandong Province. It soon
became one Of tne major SUV producers in China.
2003 HAWTAI MOTOR Hyundai Terracan SUV was launched, including 2.5L and 3.5L models.
2006 HAWTAI MOTOR Hyundai Santa Fe was launched on October 1Oth.
2006 Erdos plant started to production.
2007 HAWTAI MOTOR staried to build its own brand.
2009 HAWTAI MOTOR Santa Fe C9 was launched.
2010 HAWTAI MOTOR showed its three new models, B11 sedan. B35 SUV and B21 sedan.
HAWTAI MOTOR Rong Cheng plant
HAWTAI MOTOR Rongcheng plant occupies an area of 2.000.000 m'.with an area of structure about 250.000 m'. There are pressing.welding.painting and final assembly workshops and an inspction line.HAWTAI MOTOR Santafe is made right here and the new passenger car B11 will also be put into production in this plant.

HAWTAI MOTOR Erdos plant,with an areat of about 32,000,000 m2,already up a vehCicle plant with an annual production capability 150,000 and an engine plant with the brand name OED ,it has an annual production capability of 300,000.
HAWTAI MOTOR plans to build an auto industnal park,including vehicle plant ,OED engine plant transmission plant,parts and accessory plant, The max annual production capacity will be 500,000 vehiucles,1,000, 000 engines,5OOO,OOO transmissions.
